Prescriptions are collected by your specified pharmacy - please contact them directly if you want to check on the progress of a prescription being processed.
Requests for these may be made in writing, by handing in or posting to reception the tear-off slip on the right hand side of the computer generated prescription or by telephoning the repeat prescription line. Tel no. 0141 882 7326.
Please note – we have a 48 hour turnaround for prescription requests.
These times do not include the processing time that the pharmacies may take to make up your prescription. Please allow plenty of time for your requests to be processed.

If you are collecting or you wish the prescription to be passed to a pharmacy (please state which pharmacy)
If you wish the prescription to go to a pharmacy you must inform them that there will be a prescription ready for their collection.
The service is provided only to request repeat prescriptions.
It is not to be used to request advice or assistance on any other matter .
The information you will be sending about yourself is across the internet. This means that complete confidentiality is not possible because we cannot guarantee the security of the Internet. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for any mishap that may result from using e-mail.
